Studio Policies

Payment in full is required prior to participating in any studio activities.

All classes are 55 minutes in length unless otherwise noted.

Unless otherwise noted, all packages are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any unused classes/sessions shall terminate and expire 4 months from the purchase date.

If you do not notify The LIft at least 24 hours prior to cancellation of a scheduled session, you will be charged for that session. Make-up sessions may be granted ONLY at the sole discretion of The Lift Pilates. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please call and let us know, otherwise the session will be cancelled and charged. We will not be able to extend a session to make up the difference in any time lost.

All apparatus classes require prior evaluation of fitness/pilates level. Client is solely responsible for attending the appropriate class level.

In case of teacher/trainer emergency, another Lift Pilates trainer will automatically be substituted for the session and reasonable effort will be made to notify affected clients. Please maintain current contact information with The Lift.

The Lift Pilates, LLC will not be responsible or liable for any article lost, stolen or damaged in or about the studio.

Personal use of lotions/perfumes/colognes is prohibited. (due to allergies, thank you!)

Please turn OFF your cell phone in the studio. Talking on your phone is prohibited during any session/class.
