Seven Minute Lift with Robyn

Looking for quick ways to strengthen your core at home? Robyn Anguish, instructor The Lift, shows you a few exercises you can perform at home for only a few minutes a day. The only equipment you need is a cushioned surface and a focused mind.

Robyn starts us off by taking us through the Roll-Down, one vertebrae at a time. Then Robyn demonstrates the famed Hundred – proving that you can do a lot for your core in only a few minutes time. Then it’s on to the Half Roll-Up and the Full Roll-Up, before finishing things off with the first three exercises from the Series of Five (the Stomach Series): the Single Leg Stretch, the Double Leg Stretch, and the Single Straight Leg Stretch – also known as the Scissors.
