For more than 25 years, Patty has been helping people adopt a healthier lifestyle at any age through coaching,
workouts, motivating advice and her positive attitude.
Since 1984, Patty has worked as an aerobics instructor, a personal trainer, in management of private clubs, with spas, at hospital-based fitness centers including the Center for Sports Medicine in San Diego and with large health clubs in Phoenix and Scottsdale.
“I’ve been in a fitness setting or health club most of my adult life – teaching what I thought was the best I could give to my clients. It wasn’t until 2001 when I fully committed my body and mind to Pilates that I found its transformational benefits. I had lived with pain due to training and racing marathons and triathlons (including the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii) showing horses and teaching too many exercise classes. My flexibility and strength have improved every year since beginning Pilates and so can yours.
Pilates is the best and most complete system of exercise I have found. It works on every body.”
Patty moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1999 and has a one daughter in middle school.
