Ready to book your first Pilates Session? 

All clients at The Lift are required to complete at least 3 private sessions before signing up for Group classes. During private sessions you will work with the instructor on your specific goals and will learn any necessary modifications. You will become comfortable with the equipment so that you feel confident in your movement whether you choose to continue with private training or progress to Group classes. 

What to expect during a consultation:

  • At your appointment, you and your instructor will discuss your health history and dig into your individual experience with exercise. 
  • You will get a tour of the studio and learn about the different services that we offer which will be beneficial to reach your wellness goals. 
  • You will get a light workout while getting familiar with the Pilates equipment at the studio: Reformer, Cadillac and Chair.
  • You and your instructor will discuss a personalized program that will help you reach your goals and that will fit your lifestyle.
