Patty McNichols

Studio Owner, Pilates Instructor

For over 25 years, Patty has been helping people of any age adopt a healthier lifestyle  through coaching, workouts, motivation and her positive attitude.

From aerobics instructor to personal trainer and more, Patty has performed numerous roles within the fitness industry in a wide variety of settings – spas, private clubs, large public fitness centers and medical facilities, including the Center for Sports Medicine in San Diego.

“I’ve been in a fitness setting or health club most of my adult life – teaching what I thought was the best I could give to my clients. It wasn’t until 2001 when I fully committed my body and mind to Pilates that I found its transformational benefits. I had lived with pain due to training and racing marathons and triathlons (including the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii) showing horses and teaching too many exercise classes. My flexibility and strength have improved every year since beginning Pilates and so can yours.

Pilates is the best and most complete system of exercise I have found. It works on every body.”

Patty moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1999 and has one daughter in middle school.

Jenny Dale

Pilates Instructor

Jenny received a masters degree in Bioinformatics from Georgia Tech. She was a researcher in gene expression and disease at the Georgia Tech/Emory Department of Biomedical Engineering. Hours behind a computer took a toll on her well-being, and she decided to get out from behind the desk and become a certified Romana’s Pilates instructor. She discovered the method in 1998 where she was fortunate enough to meet Joseph Pilates protege Romana Kryzanowska and observe her teaching. Jenny has studied with many of Romana’s Pilates top teacher-trainers and tested in NY with Sari Mejia Santo, Jerome Weinberg, and Jamie Trout. In 2011, she started teaching at Body Central Pilates, Atlanta’s premier Pilates studio, until moving to the Milwaukee area in 2018.

Jenny is dedicated to the classical Pilates Method. She loves that anyone can practice Pilates no matter what age or condition because the classical method focuses on the individual. Jenny has been on staff at The Lift since January of 2020. She is experienced, clear, precise, and sweetly strict.
