Studio Policies

Payment

Payment in full is required prior to scheduling or participating in any studio activities. The studio accepts all major credit cards, checks with valid ID and cash. You can pay online through our online scheduler.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on all scheduled appointments and group classes. If you fail to cancel within this period, you will be charged the full amount.

Please sign up for group classes at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled class. If no reservations are made for a class, it will be canceled to accommodate private sessions. Please understand we must enforce our 24-hour cancellation policy strictly.

Why do we have a 24 hr Cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is a way of guaranteeing your reserved space in the studio. It’s also a way for our teachers to be guaranteed payment for the classes they teach. Many thanks to our students for respecting this policy.

Package Expiration

All sessions and group classes are offered at a discount in packages for clients who wish to purchase them. All packages of 10 expire within 3 months. 1 month extensions given for illness with doctors note. All sessions and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Inclement Weather Policy

The Lift Pilates reserves the right to cancel classes due to bad weather. Please check our online scheduler and our Lift Pilates Facebook page for up to date information.
