Payment
Payment in full is required prior to scheduling or participating in any studio activities. You must have a card on file in order to pay for classes. The studio accepts all major credit cards. Payment can be done through The Lift Pilates app (download it at Apple AppStore, Google PlayStore.)
Required Waiver
Before attending a session at The Lift we require that you fill out our online waiver. This can be done in the Lift Pilates app.
Where to Wait
We request that clients wait to enter the studio until their instructor calls them in. Comfortable seating is provided in the lobby where clients can sit while they wait to start class.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on all scheduled appointments and group classes. If you fail to cancel within this period, you will be charged the full amount.
Please sign up for group classes at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled class. If no reservations are made for a class, it will be canceled to accommodate private sessions. Please understand we must enforce our 24-hour cancellation policy strictly.
Why do we have a 24 hr Cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is a way of guaranteeing your reserved space in the studio. It’s also a way for our teachers to be guaranteed payment for the classes they teach. Many thanks to our students for respecting this policy.
Package Expiration
All sessions and group classes are offered at a discount in packages for clients who wish to purchase them. All packages of 10 expire within 3 months. 1 month extensions given for illness with doctors note. All sessions and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Inclement Weather Policy
The Lift Pilates reserves the right to cancel classes due to bad weather. Please check our online scheduler and our Lift Pilates Facebook page for up to date information.
Front Door Information
Due to our security system, our front door is always locked, and requires a code to enter. For your first session at The Lift, your instructor will meet you at the door. After your first visit you will be given a personalized code that will allow you to enter the building on your own.
